Our insurer IPB are implementing a new Digital Claim Form for Student Personal Accident Claims. This new process was launched Tuesday 23rd September and IPB are confident that it will bring further efficiency for all stakeholders.
This practice will promote direct access for students, parents/guardians to IPB for faster service while keeping the ETB informed of claims trends and part of the claims validation process.
To submit a claim, claimants should visit ipb.ie/claims and select the Personal Accident tab.
Claims should be processed through this new system, however IPB will keep the paper form process open so that nothing gets lost or delayed in the transition.
